We are expanding our operations in Jakarta, Indonesia and seek enthusiastic talents to join us as:
Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
- Prepare monthly VAT and withholding tax returns.
- Prepare financial budgets and project costing.
- Prepare annual Corporate Tax computation.
- Ensure compliance of local statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers and tax consultants.
- Work closely with Head Office finance staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or completed ACCA level 3, with minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity.
- Experience and knowledge in Accpac preferred.
- Team player with strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to speak good English.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer
JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for driving sales in Indonesia for the assigned industry/industries within our Matrix organization. He/She will be responsible to drive and develop market channels as well as direct sales clientele. He/She is also responsible for developing the business, representing the company and interface with clients during the entire business sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the budget sales and growth margin assigned
- Responsible for the sales strategy on the assigned accounts, countries
- Partner the Senior Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet the group’s objectives
- Establish long term relationship with our clients, agents and other stakeholders involved in the business
- Visit clients and conduct presentations/technical trainings
- Capture all future business prospects and grow the existing customer base
- Perform market analysis through activities such as information gathering on competitor activities in the country and entry of new competitors
- Reinforce relationships with our agents, distributor structures and provide support through activities
- Ensure effective communication/coordination among various organizational disciplines to ensure program efficiency, compatibility and consistency
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related experience in Sales/product management in Indonesian market, preferably in flow control and/or related industry
- Excellent communication skills and possess sales leadership qualities
- High energy level and a passion for excellence, ability to imbue a sense of teamwork to achieve company growth goals and objectives
- Ability to work well in an international matrix organization with multicultural divisions
- Possess a personal car
- Ability to travel 30% within Indonesia
